How we breathe matters.
We can change how we breathe.

Breathing is the foundation of life and is generally automatic however........it is not automatically efficient.

Modern living is pushing us away from living as we have been biologically programmed to live and as a consequence increasing number of individuals are not breathing as nature intended.

I am in a unique position of working as an NHS GP & privately as a breathing practitioner helping others to breathe as nature intended.
